Here at Levy Restaurants UK, our people really care about hospitality. We see this daily from individuals who naturally sparkle and excel. But also in consistently great teamwork from colleagues who work either front of house delighting guests or back of house creating great food, planning and managing amazing events, or providing vital specialist support functions such as sales, marketing, finance and HR. We bring in people who have a positive attitude, plenty of energy and a can do mentality. It is our belief that technical skills can be developed; all you need is the will to succeed and grow with us. We can offer many varied opportunities, both for casual events work (which for many seems to blossom into a full blown hospitality career) and also for specific vacancies from front line staff to senior management. As such, our business has invested heavily in developing our guest experience training, which focuses on every detail, from how we recruit and train our teams to how we reward them for going above and beyond. An example of this is our Thousand Detail Dining guest-centric programme based on a core set of behaviours that can be tailored to the specific needs of varied venues. We provide the tools which allow our people to deliver legendary customer experiences.
Always looking forward
Its our mantra to encourage everyone to develop within our business, no matter where they are on their career path. So, we train at least 50 apprentices each year, celebrating and developing the talent of the future. We deliver our flagship management academy to up to 100 colleagues annually and in any given year over 10,000 learners receive invaluable service skills training, equipping them with the skills they need to stay ahead of the game. Our managers can grow their skill sets through various well established programmes, as well as benefiting from various elective modules and an abundance of mentoring and coaching. The very nature of our business means that everyone also has the opportunity to move between sites of differing sizes and complexity as their career unfolds. The skys the limit two of our own, including Jo Austin (Lime Venue Portfolio), have both been named among the 100 most influential people within the events industry, setting the bar for others in our field. We also have many colleagues with well over 10 years service simply because they just dont want to go anywhere else!

The O2 is a leisure and hospitality experience of a kind never before known in the UK. The centrepiece of The O2 is Europe's finest indoor music and sports venue. The O2 arena attracts global stars and events to The O2, including 2012 Olympic events. The Entertainment District surrounds The O2 arena. Open to all, night and day, it comprises a mixture of leisure attractions including an 11 screen cinema, exhibition space, Live music club, restaurants, bars and cafes, all lining an avenue as wide and long as Bond Street.
