The Esprit Group was founded in 1992 by identical twins, Kate and Emma Lumsden and since then we have specialised in the providing the best people to deliver our service to our standards to the hospitality and events industries in central London.

Our team fulfils roles across a whole spectrum of event requirements from waiting, coat check and bar staff, to porters, drivers and crew, to hosts and hostesses to management support across all areas, and finally to full front and back of house management.

We have been accredited as an Investor in People company since 2006 so it is only natural that we take enormous pride in our team. Our comprehensive paid development, training and mentoring programmes, give all those who take part the opportunity to maximise their existing skills and talents in a way they may not have considered when they first joined us. The vast majority  of our on-site Managers joined us as waiters and waitresses and over the years many have gone on to careers within the events industry.
